I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle and her designer Stephanie over the past 3 years. Both ladies are knowledgeable and professional. Michelle and Stephanie run a well organized and efficient design firm that creates highly imaginative and functional designs.

I have worked with Michelle (and her assistant, Stephanie) on several projects as her plumbing fixtures supplier. Michelle is an absolute pleasure to work. She is fantastic at keeping her clients within budget while maintaining a luxury design asthetic. Every client of hers has always been very pleased to be working with such a talented designer!

We hired Innovative Designs to help us with an entire home remodel and we were very pleased with the results. She completely redesigned the layout of the living, dining, and kitchen areas. In addition, she worked with us to make all of our design choices for the entire house including three bathrooms. Not only was Michelle professional and well organized, she was very good at listening to both our concerns and ideas for the project. We were on an extremely tight timeline and Michelle made sure that the each design decision was met before the deadline. Michelle was also very conscientious of our budget and helped us to stay under budget in some areas so that we could splurge in others. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Michelle (and her assistant Stephanie) and would do so again. We love our "new" home!

As the marketing coordinator for Pacesetter Homes in Lubbock, Texas I have worked with Michelle Thomas of Innovative Designs to merchandise several of our model homes. Her knowledge of the industry shows in her ability to capture excitement from each of our target buyers whether single, young married, growing and mature family or active adult. Her ability to add a pop of color in a room to draw ones eye and her placement of furniture to enhance the size of a room is spot on. Our Rio Ancho model home in Liberty Hill Texas was recently merchandised by Michelle and the comments from home buyers and realtors have been all positive.

We're in the process of completing construction on our 6800 sq ft Tuscan home on Lake Travis. Michelle has assisted us in every aspect of this stressful process including pre-construction design and selections for both the interior and exterior of the home, visiting vendors on our behalf, job site inspections, meetings with our builder, quick phone calls at all hours of the day including evenings and weekends, etc. Not only have her skills and foresight been impeccable, so too are her other important considerations, namely her responsiveness, patience, sense of professionalism and lastly, she’s classy and is an absolute pleasure and delight to interact with! All of this and we haven’t even gotten to the post construction interior decorating phase! We highly recommend Innovative Designs.

As a general contractor of both custom remodel and new custom homes I have worked with many design professionals. Innovative Designs is one that I would highly recommend. Their work with clients is very comprehensive and timely which is very important for both the customers and contractor schedules. Drawings and selection schedules are accurate and complete. I have always found the Company to be very responsive to the client and the contractor needs during both planning and construction phases. Michelle Thomas is extremely talented, professional, and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was able to provide a comprehensive array of products to work from at each stage of the project. The scope of the project included renovation of a kitchen, fireplace, new lighting and paint for all major areas of the home. The project also included new furniture and accessories for the DR, LR, and Breakfast nook. The end result is absolutely elegant and well appointed. Michelle has an amazing ability to listen to the desires and tastes of her clients while keeping them within budget. After searching for a designer who would listen to our needs and help us open up our kitchen and give our home a new look we found Michelle. She met with us and listened to our needs and wants. She quickly got back to us with multiple options. Once we decided which direction we wanted to go she met with us to look at granite, tile, flooring and helped us find Under Budget Cabinets. Michelle is awesome! She helped me pick out paint colors inside and out for a house I remodeled and did a fabulous job.

We hired Michelle to help us select finishes for our new construction home. She did an amazing job! She took the time to understand my design goals and respected my wishes. This is a unique but crucial characteristic in an interior decorator. She did not force her ideas or opinions (although I completely trusted her to). She has exceptional style and creativity. She was able to coordinate colors, textures, etc very well. Our developers office was also very impressed and commented on her skills AND her ability to work well with others. I would HIGHLY recommend Michelle to anyone with ANY project and I hope to work with her again in the future!

Michelle was the designer and general contractor on the remodel of three our bathrooms and our laundry room. We were under a very tight timeline and she accomplished all of our goals and did so beautifully. She is fun and easy to work with, she is professional and she makes sure the job gets done. She also came up with a beautiful design to update our fireplace mantel and surround. I had four other designers look at our fireplace for ideas and Michelle is the only one who thought of how it could be improved. We love how it looks.
